This is where you can learn more about what I'm currently
up to in Lightwave. I'll post pics of models I'm creating,
as well as shots from various scenes I'm working on for my
demo reel.

Being a big fan of the Babylon 5 television show, I endeavored
to make a fully accurate and complete clone of the station.
I've been hesitant to release the mesh publicly, even though
it's been finished for a while, however I may make it available
in the future.

The TAC fighter was one of the ships from the movie, Starship
Troopers. Apart from the Rodger Young herself, this was
one of my favorite crafts from the film, so I decided to model
it in Lightwave. Currently, most of the modeling parts have
been completed, and I've started preliminary texturing as you
can see on the wings.

While talking with Kier Darby
over e-mail, the two of us discussed the idea of making a ship
which had all of its details completely modeled as geometry, instead
of textures. As it happened, Kier got started straight away
on his Starship Troopers inspired ship, the Shitty Death,
which is looking amazing! Following in suit, I drew up the plan
for a similar type of ship, although with more of a Battlestar
Galactica spin on it.
Behold, the Battlestar Ricon:

This is just the ship-plan, and I'm a little unhappy with
a few of the elements - it still has too much of a Starship
Troopers feel to it. So, don't expect this one to be finished
for a while.
